The hoist will not be installed until spring when an engineered beam will be in place. It arrived well packaged and in good condition. When tested without load it operated as it should.

Very nice hoist for the price. Arrived when expected, packaged well. Meets my home hobby workshop needs as expected based on the advertised description.

The Chain Hoist was properly packed in a wooden box of good quality. It was in excellent shape when delivered and is of solid build and works exactly as advertised! Vevor is highly recommended!

So, I have several Vevor lifts in use in my workshop. I made a personal lift to take me up to my loft in my workshop that is about 9' off the ground. I was using the PA400 with the stainless steel wire cable, but after several years of use, the cable began to fray. Vevor DOES NOT sell replacement parts - you have to purchase the WHOLE UNIT again to just replace the cabling which to me is kinda dumb. Since I could not get the replacement cabling, and to be honest, the fraying cable made me very uncomfortable reusing again, I decided to go with something a little more beefier - Chain. I had to do a little finigling, but I was able to make it work and not its great and I don't worry about the chain breaking on me. I admit its a little slower than the wired lift, but I feel much safer. I'm only giving this unit Four Stars because 1) I just put it in and time will tell, 2) Vevor offers NO REPLACEMENT Parts. So far so good... I realize that this is a brand new product because I searched Vevor for this just a month earlier and it wasn't available yet. I'm using 2 of these all day every day and they are work horses! I did have a little trouble with 1 but customer service was very helpful and took care of me. Vevor hasn't let me down!

Both electric winches tore up within 6 months. Your customer service is terrible can not speak with someone on phone and was suppose to receive new remote through warranty and never received. I would like to buy parts for it since warranty will not do what they say they would do but can’t talk to nobody

Hoist worked for one week then stoped. Have no idea whats wrong with unit. Have not had time to investigate.

Nice unit. Glad it’s no 3 phase electric. Only tested it once. Works as described except you have press the up n down button a little harder than you expect.

Hoist arrived, appears in good shape, but found out it requires 3 phase 220V to operate, not single phase that most homes have. It’s not made obvious in the listing so Check your electrical grid first, now I have a 300 lb paperweight.

Very pleased with my purchase the Hoist performs and runs great. You will not be disappointed. I’m pretty picky on stuff, but I’m happy with this lift.
