Unhappy I can't get replacement charger. No parts no need to use you again . Poor service. Not happy

This chair has been a God send for me. My husband falls quite often because of his disabilities,he weighs over 200 lbs. I'm 120lbs. Before this chair I had to try to lift him which hurt me and was next to impossible if always have to call for help. He has fell 3 times since I bought this chair. It was so much easier to get him up, all I had to do was wiggle him up on the seat and press the button and up he came. He also is an amputee and getting him up makes life so much easier. Thank you so much I can't tell you how much this has made my life better. The price was great too.

this was a definite plus for our house. sometimes we have to get down on the floor to fix things and is hard for us to get up. This chair is so easy to use and works great.

I bought this just incase someone in the house shoild fall as has happened before, and they are to heave to pick up, This chair worked perfectly for a person almost 300 pounds, I would recommend buying one, just in case it is needed.

I haven’t opened the box with the product completely - as I found a manual for the Vevor Bathtub Lift Model:JC35M3-1 rather than the Lift for Elderly ordered - I need to speak to an actual customer service agent as I am unable to complete the process for communication through your on line materials - Submit doesn’t activate
