We love this for our cheese sauce for our nachos. It definitely beats doing it by hand. We love it, outstanding for our customers

It warms the cheese pretty quickly, but it takes a couple of good pumps first it to start working and at when there’s still sauce at the bottom I have to either refill it again or use a spatula to get the lasts servings

Works well - easy to use - makes quick desserts on my food truck. Highly recommend. Hot honey and hot chocolate

The pump plunger part of this warmer broke immediately. I called Vevor. They insisted that I send them a photo of the broken part. I explained that it was the internal part of the plunger that was broken and that you could not see or photograph it. I asked to return it. She refused to let me do this unless I provided a photograph of the broken part. You can see a revolving argument. The pump part was poorly crafted plastic. The other warmer pumps I have are all stainless steel and durable. I don't really like posting negative comments, but in this case buyer beware. I'm posting 5 stars instead of 1. I ended up throwing the unit in the trash. I have spent a lot of money with Vevor. You would think they would treat their returning customers better.

Warmers are terrific as a convenience store owner these warmers heat up my chili n cheese sauces quickly. Hold the temperature during lunch or peak times great products to have. Easy to clean. I would highly recommend these products.

We ordered this to use at my son's baseball themed graduation party. It was quite the hit. It wasn't heating up right away, so we put water in the basin and then it worked great! We are looking forward to nachos and cheese all summer!

I highly recommend it, I use as a cheese dispenser and work very good with any cheese brand and a very good price love it and going to get 2 more for chocolate.

Had a little trouble with the pump in the beginning, but company replaced it, after I jumped trough some hoops

Directions were a little vague. Great price for the item, however. Overall happy with the purchase.

I bought two of these for my restaurant. They are priced right and very sturdy. Clean up is easy as is the usage of these machines. I do recommend this cheese/chocolate pump.
