It kid safe which I have five and we made some lovely nacho cheese

I am only giving it three stars cause the item came with no instruction I had a lot of extra parts but without the instruction it made it difficult to put to together but it seem to be a great item even through it came with no instruction but a lot of extra parts please add instruction to items when they are being purchase it make the job putting it together easer thank you for my item .

This is a game changer for our queso dip! We were using a steam table, and it would get clumpy and gross. This keeps the dip at the perfect temperature and it stays so creamy and delicious! Great investment for our food truck!

This is a great addition to your concession stand. 65* is the perfect temp for cheese. 4 stars tho because the pump is impossible to clean. It does not come apart & takes a lot of time trying to get all the cheese out. I fear what it will look like next year after being in storage
