The cotton candy machine works great I love it!

The instructions are an obvious and hilarious Chinese translation into English, but the machine is easy and fun to operate.Electrical connections are made with hot glue and that makes me nervous, but so far so good.

This cotton candy maker is a professional type machine that promises to deliver years of service. It is heavy duty but easy to use. It is efficient, and produces a product that is superior to cotton candy from commercial vendors. We were delightfully surprised with the high quality and performance of this machine

Was a hit at my sister's babyshower and will continue to use for many more events awsome product and recieved it early

We love it and easy to use would suggest getting the dome for the top

Works great . The only thing is the instructions were not that clear but YouTube videos helped

The person was really nice and said that they could give me a refund, I might buy from in the future.The first machine I got, had a tilted head so the "Fins" scraped the metal, they sent out another one but this one is not as good, the metal bowl came with a lot of dents in it. The voltmeter/heat index stays in one spot. I am hoping I can send one back and get a refund.

Absolutely love it! Simple to use. I have never made cotton candy and this is sooo easy1 I did purchase a bubble top to go with it and glad I did, because strands of candy are floating around without it. Bought it because I have 7 grands ages 8 and under; not for commercial use but it would work for a festival, carnival, etc. I also purchased the link belt that goes around, and will try it next time without it. It seemed to cause a lot of sugar to build up on it. I had all of the supplies, cones, several flossing sugars, and even bought cotton candy bags. I made 6 bags of candy yesterday after the grands had their fill. Carried the bags to work as a treat for some employees; they thought I had bought it!

AMAZING MACHINE !! I have used this in three different vendor booth events serving 150-300 people. Have had no issues and is easy to clean.
