Item arrived damaged. The wiring box was broken off. Wires were not connected. Cowling was dented. We needed to use the product immediately, so we fixed the issues ourselves.

This can't pull anywhere near the 1760 lb claimed. The motor just stalls out at like 400 pounds at most. The frame is of very soft steel that bent out of shape the first time I tried to use it. The cable tangled and kinked after a couple uses too. Very disappointing.

These are reliable & get the job done. We have started ordering these as our go to for our hoist. Easy ordering & fast delivery

A bit loud, but works well. Smooth operation. Seems well built. I use mine a couple times a month. Six months so far, no issues.

Used it to built a truck topper lift using pulleys and paracord. It has worked amazingly.

I have a QuickJack 7000. Each platform weights about 100 pounds and I have wall hooks to store them to save room. The hoist works wonderfully to lift up each of these platforms to assist me in placing them on the wall. It's too heavy to do it as one person safely. Love the hoist for this application, especially for the price!
