Works fine
Winch works fine. I use it as an overhead hoist in my shop to move heavyish tools into the storage loft. Same product as the Harbor Freight hoists. Only complaint is the length of the remote cable. I had to put a longer wire on it in order to reach down to floor elevation from my 14' ceiling height.

Can't make sense of manual
The manual is incoherent. It's badly translated. I have no idea what it says or what the limits are of the hoist. Please use a person to translate it. The grammar is terrible too!

Electric hoist.
Works great. Good price. Mounting brackets provided are not the best. Suggest you make your own to fit where you are going to mount it. Also replaced cord on (too short) switch.

Great hoist for the money.
It seems well built and is quite heavy. A 2" piece of square tubular steel works great for mounting. The control cord needs to be longer; I will replace it but overall I am very pleased.
