I ran the cable through another sheeve and tripled the lifting capacity of my home-built elevator. Its slower but works great. When the cable wears out (starts fraying), I'll replace it with coated cable. The motor control is only UP and DN. Would have liked to have a wiring diagram that was easier to understand and included an option for a holding relay with a STOP button and upper and lower limit switches.

I put this on a pipe fitted to the size of the brackets on the hoist and hung it between the roof trusses in my garage. I use it to lift my fifth wheel hitch out of my truck bed. It works just great. Highly recommend.

For all you jeep fans this is the slickest way to lift your top. 3 eye hook lags and a rod to string through all. Lifed the top flawlessly

Exactly what was advertised. Came on time and works great.

Works as expected/hoped. I use it to lift my 60" mower deck to sharpen the blades instead of a come-along. It cuts my time in half. Also very helpful when I have to load something heavy into my truck.

We installed this in the garage to lift the hard top off our Jeep. Worked great and simple to use. Great product. Would recommend
