It functions but know that it decreases the overall lifting height of your boom/Crane. It reduces it by about 24 inches.

Seems to work ok. But it has only one roller on the underside of the beam to keep, the unit from tipping off the beam. I made a 2nd one. But was it or missing or only one comes with the beam roller system?

This with the 2200 lb electric hoist was cheaper then replacing a chain hoist I was using, and 1000 times more convenient, well made better then I expected.

Well, if you frequently use push trolleys, I have a reason to recommend you to VEVOR. I’ve been using this VEVOR Electric push trolley for months and, guess what, yes! You’re right. Trolley system is very well built and great quality. Works great for the design I fabricated for my hoist. Only issue was the I had to buy longer bolts to mount it to my hoist. This Trolley works well once you get it adjusted. The flat washers that come with it are good for the inside spacing but are a bit large for the threaded ends and so you need to purchase some metric flat washers which are a bit smaller in order to keep the castle nut out far enough, so the cotter pin works as it should to keep the nut in place and the trolley just tight enough for everything to keep moving freely.
