I ordered the grinder. It came in as expected. I use the grinder to make 80 pounds of breakfast sausage from pork butts or shoulder roasts. I ground about 10 pounds at a time. The grinder performed flawlessly. No slow down or having to reverse in order to clean out auger. The grinder would grind the meat as fast as you could put it in. I did not use the tray that comes with it as it seems a little ill fitting. The opening on the grinder is large enough that you could feed meat and at a rapid speed which it handles easily. I would definitely recommend buying this product. If you want to grind large quantities of meat. The only issue I had was the handle was loose when I received it.
