The grinder worked only a few times before the shaft broke in vivo wants to tell me I can just buy a new one, but no one sells these parts. They give me $50 to replace it when there’s no parts available to buy their warranty is horrible because they just try to mess around.

The tip of the auger screw is chipping and cracking. Trying to start the refund but none of the picture or video uploads will work, no matter how I format them. And you cannot move on with the process until you upload a picture video of the problem. There's no number to call. So here we are...

I'm not happy with the performance and it started leaking some kind of liquid also the grinder doesn't seal off against the drive unit and meat works in behind the grinder and it will not push the meat into sausage casings

Item got lost in transit. Vevor refused to send a replacement or substitute since they said they didn’t have this item anymore. The closest item is $70 more and they won’t do anything to compensate me for the difference. The entire process took 3 weeks for them to just refund my money and refused any other solution. According to vevor, the item was delivered to me, but tracking has it lost in space. The entire process was very discouraging and I don’t know if I ever want to do business with vevor again.

It's a good item and they ship fast, and also Vevor has a really good costumer service I got a problem with the first item but they replace it in no time very good

This small Meat grinder worked better than expected with no problems. After having been a meat cutter for fifteen years this equipment worked really well with no clogging on the course plate or the fine grind plate on the second grind. A great value!!

I was super impressed with this grinder. Received in 2 days and couldn’t believe how heavy duty this grinder is. Would highly recommend.

The machines grinds great, fast and efficient, I bought it to mainly make sausage links. Setting the machine up for links is easy but the assembly is not snug once assembled. There is a gape of 1/8" between the thin locking plate and the sausage tube feeder so the whole assembly can move back and forth.his loos allows some sausage to ooze into the rear area of the worm screw since the seal isn't snug. I can still make my links but this fit will only accelerate the eventual wear of the grinder and its life expectancy. If this prediction comes true I will use another supplier for my next machine. Maybe there's a thicker locking plate fix for this problem?

For the price point did not know what to expect. What a great, well built machine. Already used it to process two hogs and two deer. It is super fast and grinds meat and fat with no issue.

Great product, easy to use, lower cost than other stores. Operation is eady and quick. I wish I would have had this grinder years earlier!
