I purchased this for our cabin. We have electric and water on the property. I hooked this up with pex crimp fittings and cold and hot shark bite shutoff valves. These valves aid me in removing the tank to drain it in the winter. We have one sink and one shower, this H/W heater took 18 min to heat up to 122 deg from 58 deg water. Blending the hot and cold water in the shower gives nice warm water for what seemed to be eternity. The only thing I had to do was chase the hot water threads with a 1/2-14 not die to clan the threads, I couldn’t thread on the fitting. The cold side was perfect and needed no attention. I love it and would Oder it again.

installation was easy. Not very high wattage consumption but heats well for small volume of hot water at a time. Adjustable temperature. Recommended.

Heats quickly and keeps water hot for a long time using very little power. I recently installed this my kitchen because it took so long for hot water from big water heater to get there. Now not only do I have instant hot water, I am saving electricity and water.

After living for 3 years with a 120 volt, 4 gallon water and three minute showers. This 8 gallon version was a real treat. For many people, even a six to eight minute shower would be not be good enough. Any more capacity would mean adding an electrical 240 volt connection and moving the plumbing around to make room, neither of those options we were willing to do. This VEVOR Electric 8 gallon, 120 volt Mini-Tank boiler Water Heater heats enough water for washing dishes by hand and to bathe, yet not much more. It is not going to produce enough hot water to supply a full loaded dishwasher or a washing machine load. Two minor gripes worth mentioning. 1. I chose this particular model because of a light that came on when water was being heated. The light is too dim to be seen during the day. 2. The manufacturer did not include the plug, so I had to buy it myself in order to plug it in.

Amazing product quality and price. You cannot find a water heater this good and cheap anywhere else. Fit right underneath my sink and provides hot water for my entire rv. I was even able to take 10minute showers with it. The operation manual suggests not using it to bathe, but in my opinion with the fast recovery time and efficient wattage,This is the perfect unit in order to bathe using solar power.
