Used with smaller auger to improve watering depth for citrus trees.I have to be careful because I’m an old man and power head has a lot of torque.would recommend to others ,but use carefully !

Does the Job
This machine is awesome. Powerful, easy to use. Depending on your soil, you may want another person to help. If the auger grabs into a rock or wood, it will twist out of your hands.

Electric auger
Awesome piece of equipment. I have used a gas auger in the past and this electric auger is as powerful if not more powerful then the gas auger. There are no real issues with the auger other than the cord but it's an electric tool. Anybody looking into purchasing this I would not hesitate quality was great it was light enough to handle but as with any auger brace yourself when you are using it because if you hit a root or a rock it will jolt

I really like it. It's heavy enough to help you dig but not too heavy to handle. I used it to dig next to buried poles to make it easier to remove them.

Excellent tool for the price. Good quality. Used it to drill several post holes for a fence in hard soil with rocks. Worked fantastic. Must hold on tight but very powerful and does the job. Saved me tons of time. Fence is all done and now use it for planting roses, small trees and plants. Can roto-till small vegetable gardens with it as well. Great tool for around the garden. Love it.

Hold on Tight
This Post Hole Digger was just what we were needing. My only cautions would be to hold on tight (especially if you live in a rocky area) and watch out for the cord trying to wrap around. Other than that it works great we have a 46 acre farm that we've been able to use it on. Planting trees/shrubs has never been so easy.

YOU SHOULD NOT BE DISAPPOINTED
This auger does exactly what it should do ...dig holes. I should not have to tell you to be careful if it finds a root or big rock..it will twist out of your hands.. Be careful and go slow up and down .. It will bury itself.. If it did not bury itself and twist out of your hands then it would not be powerful enough .. It is powerful .. Buy it, You won't be disappointed ..

Worked great ☝. Easy to use and it had fast shipping. I would recommend this product. The price was great as well only wish it had a reverse.

Clutch needed adjustment but way cheaper than a PTO auger.
Good torque. Did about 100 24” deeps post holes total in mixed clay/roots/small rocks. Used 300’ of extension cords without problem.Handles about rocks and roots up to 1” size, above that get out the prybar. If it gets stuck you can use a pipe wrench and cheater bar on the shaft to back it out. After about 80 holes the clutch loosened up and I had to crack the gear case open (4 bolts on the silver part), remove the clutch, and crank it down again. Took about 10 minutes.
