This thing is awesome.
We cook a lot of brisket here in Texas. When you buy them, they have a thick layer of fat. Ideally, you only want to leave a quarter of an inch of fat. It's hard to hand cut. This thing just peels it right off and you can leave a very pretty looking layer of fat. Works fantastic.

Good slicer but the battery clips break and fall out frequently. The batteries last forever but if they don’t stay in it’s not worth it.
