I had no idea what I was looking for when looking to buy a new steam generator to replace the broken one in our new home. I must say, we LOVED this generator. It’s definitely a great purchase. You do need to watch the video to completely understand it.My only thing I want to make sure people know because I didn’t know and this would have affected my choice ahead of time is that this generator requires you to manually drain it after every use. Apparently, I now know that some generators are auto draining where you don’t have to. My husband and I do short term rentals so unfortunately for us the manual drain did not make sense and we had to send it back when we found this out, but we were very sad because this is a great buy for sure. Just be sure when searching you know to look for that because I didn’t. I don’t think my husband had a hard time draining it so don’t let this stop you if you want to save money on a unit and just drain it yourself because it’s a great buy! :)

Purchased this steam generator for my home. The price was incredible. I have had this machine for over a year and use it twice a day. Works flawlessly. Highly recommend this product and the seller Happybuy.

It was my life long dream to have a steam sauna. I have allergies and sinus issues and I suffer for it. I literally spent years trying to figure out to build a professional sauna. I got a quote once where I could have had my shower converted into a steam shower for 20Gs. That's when i realized I was broke. I eventually did solve the issue, I built a killer steam sauna out a greenhouse kit and some cedar planks. Obviously the last piece of equipment i needed was a pro steam generator. I had come too far to settle for some home remedies garbage and as I mentioned before I am broke. So I discovered this little beauty and it was totally worth it for a great price. I've now used this steam generator for months and it's the best thing to happen to me since I bought a pizza oven on Amazon. I live in a dry erred desert environment and having the ability to steam and hydrate myself has literally changed my life. Even my wife loves it and she hates everything. My steam room is 4x8ft and this devise will steam so so hot and thick i can't even see the other side of the room. The device is easy to install, easy to operate with virtually no maintenance. It just works and that makes me happy when things work. Whether you are the guy with a 20 thousand dollar steam shower or you are like me, steaming in a plastic greenhouse in the backyard, this generator is awesome! And so affordable. Every time I steam I feel like a king. My only advise is buy the upgraded model with the AUTOMATIC DRAINAGE. I didn't think it was a big deal but it is. Nothing worse then coming out of a nice relaxing steam into the cold air and having to dig around the housing box in the dark to release the manual drain.

This product work like it says quick set up and installation, however it takes 45 min to an hour to heat up compared to 15 min like the video says still a great product for the price though.

I installed this in about an hour. Ran the electricity to it in about another hour. Thanks to the user who posted the picture with instructions on the wiring. Kudos! You saved me and my electrician from a lot of trouble. Fired it up and wow was I pleased with my first, second and ....... steam bath.Excellent buy for the money.

Product arrived before scheduled delivery and was in good shape. I used a professional to install it but he mentioned the instructions were not very clear and took some extra time. Have tested it once and worked fine. Haven’t used it much but hoping to start using it in the winter. Shall be happy to provide an update on the product performance.

I bought two of these steam generators, but had a problem with one. The staff of Happybuy was very helpful and resolved the problem by sending me replacement parts. Five stars for their excellent customer service. Now both steamers are working well - a good value for the money!

My 20 year old Steam Whirl generator failed and attempts to contact the company (as I have in the past) failed - apparently they are out of business. I went Amazon to search for a replacement and I found similar 9kw units with prices all over the place some ridiculously high. I zeroed in on the 9kw unit for just under $200 and ordered it with low expectations because of the low price. The unit arrived FEDEX from a warehouse in Canada with no markings on the box. It was obviously manufactured in CHINA and the instructions were a poor translation from Chinese to English and if I tried to contact the company Happy Buy but to no avail. I hired an electrician to install it but it did not work. After going online and reading the customer reviews, I discovered that the instructions for wiring were wrong. However, thanks to the review by another customer who had discovered and shared the correct wiring, my electrician has got the unit up and running as advertised. It works great and exceeds expectations - proved to be a worthwhile investment for a greatly reduced price compared to other units. Anyone know how to contact the Happy Buy Company?
