The brake assemblies arrived promptly and in good condition. The assemblies were double boxed with additional padding inside the inner boxes. Installing new brakes can be dangerous. It is important to only do one wheel at a time and use a good jack along with jack stands. Also, it is critical to chock the wheel(s) to prevent movement. You may also want to consider leaving the trailer attached to the tow vehicle, further reducing the chance of unwanted movement. The install on my travel trailer took just over an hour per brake which included repacking the wheel bearings. I live in Southern Arizona which has low humidity, so I was able to reuse the nuts from the old brake assemblies. I would recommend purchasing new nuts if you live in an area prone to rust. Also, you will need appropriate wire nuts or another method to wire the new brakes into the control loop. It may also be necessary to adjust the brakes after installation after which the self-adjusting feature should take over. I would purchase this product again.
