It is a great jack. Seems to lift my TT just fine. Way better and easier than the manual crank jack I had. The only thing I would say is the light didn't work. All in all it does what I need.

Well made and plenty of power. Also has a manual crank when power is not available.

If you’re looking for a good electric power jack then my husband and I highly recommend this one. Powerful and works smoothly.

This product has held up better than the Harbor Freight electric jack that crapped out in 3 months. I would recommend this.

This jack is the same as the 3500 pound version but with a little lower gear ratio. I installed it on my Jayco G2 in about 5 minutes after removing the old one, and it works just fine. The wires were just long enough to hook up to he battery on the front of the camper. Only 4 stars because it does not come with new bolts and washers. Naturally the price dropped $20 after I purchased it. Now we will see how long it lasts. If it lasts half as long as the UltraFab 3502 that came with the camper (15 years), I will be happy.

We have not installed or used it yet, but it is what I expected and seems to be well built. The wiring is HD and the extendable foot is nice. Haven't tried the light yet, but that is a nice feature.

I wanted almost a year before making my review. Overall it works good. I bought it for my car trailer. I use my trailer a few times a week. The old hand crank one was worn out and need of replacement. This power jack comes with a hand crank also in case the battery is dead. I needed a new battery for the winch anyway so i figured I’d get a power tongue jack. It works good. The light on it helps hooking the trailer up at night. I also purchased a 12v solar charger maintainer to make sure the battery is always fully charged and ready to go. The jack works good.
