I love my new chair. Performs well and has no problem with my daily inclines. Has good speed and turns on a dime. One of the nicest things is that you can set the motors to "free wheel" and it is very easier to push than a wheelchair. I only wish I could purchase an extra battery for it. I travel a bit and would like to have a backup on charge. I tried customer service but never got an answer. Will try again.

It’s well built but a bit heavy more manageable worth battery removed power wise excelent battery good for whole day .This model reclines so if you have a long wait very comf. Wish headrest was easily removed for space reason not weight. The talking option is disabled just go to YouTube it then will only beep when backing up

We love the wheelchair and would have given it 5 stars except for the customer service. We cannot find out how to turn down volume or cut off the voice that plays when you use the wheelchair - it is very annoying. No help whatsoever from customer service except for the runaround.

Bought this item because of complications from knee surgery. It is very easy to maneuver and sturdy. Had an issue with a battery which was resolved quickly and easily.

This power chair is very lightweight and very versatile easy to collapse and load in the back of your truck minivan or trunk of your car.

This product is outstanding and very easy to fold up

I find no shortcomings in this product. Slightly Difficult to set up, but no real assembly required. Elderly may need help. I am completely satisfied, and all things considered, it seems to me to be a good price
