Winch too heavy for application. I should have checked shipping weight prior to ordering.

I needed a reasonable power winch for skidding things on/ off my utility trailer so chose this 4500 ATV winch. So far it has been working great, love not dealing with the twisted notted up wire rope since I went with the rope option. I also picked up a snatch block to drag heavy items up along with pulling things off the trailer.

Used to move vehicles around house with my 93 Ford Ranger. Has not let me down. Very good quality... Would definitely buy again.

I think this is going to be a good winch. When I received it the remote for the winch would not work. After trying several things, I opened the control box and found a wire that apparently had never been connected. Once connected it works perfectly. Calls into question the quality control but overall would still recommend.
