Must-have if building an airplane
It works great for the price. It allows 90 degrees of rotation. We had to rig it to stay in a position outside of the 90 degrees. If you happen to be building a kit airplane, this is a necessity! We also had to make-shift some real brakes.

For the money, you can't buy better! Fold's up to a small foot print. Rolls around very smoothly on the steel wheels. Multiple positioning holes for rotating engine. Very happy with this purchase and would recommend this product.
