While this is a back saver, it does require frequent hydration. Soil seems to dry out quicker when elevated. Overwatering however, results in leakage and soil stained patio if not on grass. I placed an outdoor rug scrap underneath to prevent staining the patio. And it's so easy to lightly water every other day now that it's waist high. The soil depth is just right for starting seeds to transplant later.Cedar construction. Instructions are clear and easy to follow. Hardware and assembly tool included.
Living in a part of the country with snowy winters I’ve been curious about mats like this one for a while and this relatively small size seemed a good place to start. The enclosed instruction book could use a better translation but what is meant can be deciphered. The included weekly digital timer states it is for indoor use only so apparently it cannot be used with an outdoor outlet which is where I planned to plug in the mat so using a smart plug designed for outdoor use may be a better choice.I placed the mat on a concrete slab and plugged it directly into an outdoor electrical outlet. The mat promptly melted the snow at which point I unplugged it. The instructions say it should not be plugged in for more than 24 hours. The mat material is thick and sturdy with a connection that appears reliably waterproof and the power cable is 10 feet long. I only have one mat so I cannot speak to the ability to daisy-chain them together. Worked well—4 stars because the included timer is for indoor use and the unit cannot be left plugged in.
My "Telescopic Extension Pole" arrived today from walmart. I was happily surprised by it smart design with easy extension and easy tool attaching. High quality too. This is a great product at a fair price.
Great product, high quality. Used as soon as received to change recessed bulbs on our landing, that I wanted to replace ever since we moved in over 2 years ago. Only needed to use the first extender, but nice to know there's more there if needed. Sure it will get plenty of use between lighting, painting and window cleaning.
