Adjusting the volume and program is easy just by tapping a small button, and the included supplies are great for when the filters get gunked up and need to be replaced. Did not need a lot of tech support because usage was fairly straightforward, but the rep I did talk with on the phone was friendly, helpful, and pleasant to talk to.

I am happy with this product and can hear really well with them. I dont' have to pretend to hear what people are saying because now, I can hear them very clearly. My family loves them as they don't have to repeat themselves over and over.

Comfort, Quality and Great Value Hearing Aids

I got these for my dad. He's had hearing loss for a few years now and he's gone to many ear doctors and tried on the expensive hearing aids but those things cost around $5000. Way to much and insurance wont cover any part of it. I heard a commercial on the radio and did some research on these and discovered they are one of the top otc hearing devices available. So we decided to give these a try and we were blown away by their quality and they are in fact just as good as the high priced ones. They work so well I have to readjust how I talk to my dad because I'm used to yelling while i talk! I even walked to the other side of the room and spoke at a normal volume and he heard me perfectly. Before these i could yell from that distance and he wouldn't know what i was saying barely hearing me. Long story short, if you can't afford those high priced hearing aids and are wondering if these are any good. The answer is YES! Get it now you wont be disappointed.

I rarely do reviews but felt this was important to share. I just had to move my mom into assisted living and with that came a lot of life changes. One of which was he increased difficulty hearing and participating in conversations in her new space that has a lot of noises in the common areas. She also has been having difficulties with phone calls and turning the TV too loud. I began my search for hearing aids and was shocked at the cost. Luckily I found these on VEVOR and the price was actually affordable. So we gave them a shot. My mom has used them for now just a little over a week and they are amazing! She is able to participate better in conversations, have better quality phones calls, and not turning her TV so loud her neighbors can hear. I would recommend these to anyone looking into a reasonably priced set of hearing aids for either themselves or loved one.

There is nothing I do not like. I just worry because of past hearing aid experiences (Eargo, for example) that it may not be long until the charging begins to fail.

I put this on and I am almost instantly relaxed. It has compression that feels like a light temple massage the warm feature is definitely warmm…so if you have sensitive eyes/skin this may be good to know. I wish the music feature was softer. Overall I love it and I actually use it all the time because it’s guaranteed relaxation

I have had chronic migraines since I was a young child, so finding a diverse range of ways to help headaches is a personal quest of mine. When I saw this product offered, I knew I had to try it. In total, this device works well for what it is and I use it whenever I have a migraine, but the buttons being a little less intuitive than I would like, the vocal UI and audio in general not being perfect are what demote this product to four out of five stars for me.

Overall, I like this, I always get nervous about pressure on my eyes, but it is certainly less than rubbing your eyes. You can adjust the pressure and loosening the strap also helps. You can have music and heat as well. It is relaxing and does feel good.
