I have put carrots, apples, potatoes and a few fruits through this with great results. I like the 48hr timer so I don't have to keep checking and resetting the timer. It has worked flawlessly a dozen times so far. I would recommend.

Absolutely love this dehydrator. Great quality and so quiet. Easy to keep clean. Works very well. We have done several batches of dried apples, and they turned out perfect and crisp. Much better than our last machine.
