So I bought this as a gift and my friend really liked it. It dehydrates jerky perfectly in about 6 hours.Couple of notes:1. Remember to run it for a few hours empty first or your first batch of dehydrated stuff will taste that plastic.2. The manufacturer did solicit me for this review with a $25 gift card, but I wouldn't have reviewed it differently even if they didn't.- TB

Use it to dehydrate our beef jerky! This thing is awesome!

It works good

Still early yet, but so far so good.

Works good for deer jerky. 2.5 pounds of meat fits . Easy to clean! Pop the racks and tray in the dishwasher and you are good.
