This chopper and blade are made of nice quality and are sturdy. Unfortunately when it came to chopping onions it did not perform as well as I expected. I cut the onions in half and the chopper still struggled to chop them all the way through, if I used more pressure it would squish the juice out of the last couple layers. I use a lot of chopped onions for my restaurant and was hoping that this would save us a time but now is just sitting in storage. It might work better for softer items.

I had bought your vegetable chopper with the 1/4 inch blades and I needed to get 3/8 inch blades for making French fries These are exactly what I needed and the blades are easy to swap

These blades are very sturdy. I like how easy they are to clean. The metal and polymer surfaces are very easy to sanitize.

The blades fit the machine well and were very sharp. This was the first season to use it so we really don't have an idea of its lifespan.

So many meal time options are not made faster and easier. Healthy meals are now on the menu more.
