Toggle switch quit working on 1st use. Cheap plastic toggle insides. Nice looking, just Cheap made.

On off switch went out on first trial,now in order to get the unit to heat up temporarily you have to hold the switch in the on position.didn’t get one single use out of this product,hopefully I can get some sort of replacement

I used it for 2 hours and it was damaged, total waste of money, it started to smoke, I don’t recommend to buy it

I do not recommend it, the product does not work, I have been waiting for a solution for more than 15 days and have not received any feedback. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

Got the fryer delivered friday nov. 1st for our event today (Sunday) IT IS a Great food warmer but I must have got one with a defective switch or something because it stopped heating after 2 hours. I reached out to customer service today ( sun. Nov 3rd) hopefully they respond briefly and see what we can do about getting it fixed or replaced. While it worked, the fried food did stay hot and crispy and didn't turn soggy.

It works fine, simple to use. Still working after 3 months in our brutal kitchen, used daily . Looks like a ss box, and I wish vevor didn't ask for 100 characters to describe such a simple heater

I highly recommend it to all! It is well-built and has high-quality materials. The only downside is that the switch should not be hot when turned on and off! It was burning our fingers when we needed to turn it off!

Unit is bigger than expected but is lightweight and easy to move around and clean. Another quality product that does keep your fried products hot and fresh.
