The item works extremely well! But it came with substantial shipping damage! Vevor has to be the company with the worst customer service and warranty on the planet, basically it's non-existent! All you get is a runaround, if you need replacement parts FORGET IT, they have NONE ... all they do is refer you to random links on alibaba to order unknown part numbers from China! Plus shipping, customs fees, etc... BEWARE OF VEVOR!!!

This rolled ice cream machine is a super blast with the family! Everyone seems to enjoy making their own creations. It does not come with good instructions, it does not come with a recipe and there is a whole lot of trial and error, but outside of that it is pretty fun. The defrost button is a lifesaver.

This commercial grade ice cream rolling freezer is AWESOME and allows your creative juices to flow until they freeze into a decadent treat. One of my happiest Amazon purchases.

This is a very nice little unit and definitely will buy another one. The only problem we have with it is it is pretty small and we need larger surface so I am preparing to order another one

Really love the machine. I had been searching and comparing for a while. I finally bought it and am so glad I did. My husband didn’t want another appliance but his friend then asked him when’s the last time the expensive grill was used. Glad to say I have made a lot of ice creams! It’s kinda like making scrambled eggs. You move it around until it gets solid and matte. I didn’t realize how many mix ins I had in the pantry. We’ve gotten creative with combinations. I found some base mixes I keep in sports blend bottles so they’re ready to go. I use about a 1/4 cup and whatever we add to it and get a nice treat. I loved this machine for the defrost button. It instantly warms the plate. It cleans up so so easy. It’s super heavy so wish I had a permanent place to keep it but like to think the small lifting workout offsets the calories!

It made ice perfectly, our kids like it very much!
