Does the job.
If you need a longer pole saw, this works well. Put together in sections, you don't have to add any more length than is needed for the task at hand. It is a bit flexible at full length and requires some finesse to get going. If it were stiffer though, I'm sure the added weight would make it unusable for most people or too expensive if they used a lighter and stronger material. I recommend it.

Great tool. Start low and get t hang of handling extensions & saw blade. Experiment with adding extension pieces as to how to use existing branches to extend your reach by sliding your saw up through and over other branches and don’t try to lift your saw when you have several extensions added on as iit could snap (to heavy) with several extensions.

Manual pole saw
Thing extends extremely high and is great quality for the low price! Very happy with it. I recommend it frequently to friend and family who need to prune larger trees on their property.

Able to reach tall branches in a single push
I really like this product. I have been able to reach branches and limbs that are too high to climb up to. You have to be strong to use it with ALL of the poles connected. There is one flaw though. There are metal pins sticking through the poles to hold the connecting attachments. These have worked their way out and I cut my hand on one. Hammering it back into the pole and flaring out the ends have secured the pins so far. They should be rivets and not just pins. The blade that cuts the branches has been amazing. It is so sharp green limbs are a piece of cake to cut.

Impressed at its ability to trim branches!
I needed to trim high branches on a couple of trees that were touching our house. I was initially skeptical but now impressed at how well it worked. The sections screw together and then snap once tight. I did find that to reach higher branches it was easier to connect the poles vertically rather than attaching the poles on the ground and trying to then pick it up. It would have probably cost more to hire someone to do this work so now I have it to do future limb trimming.

Replacement Policy is POOR
It's 'wonderful' ONLY when using 3 extension poles maximum, so that's how I'll be using this pole saw when needed. The Double Hook Saw blade is quite excellent and cuts 'like a dream' (and it's quite a plus that an extra blade was included). But once a 4th extension pole is added then the saw becomes difficult to use as I can't exude enough force up such a length to allow the blade to forcefully cut, and the process becomes quite tiresome; and forget about adding a 5th extension pole as the whole contraption then becomes ungainly. I'd purchased this pole saw with the sole intent to be able to cut branches with the poles' maximum length, but the combined poles are too wobbly for such action. Is there another Pole Saw being sold by another brand that is so long and not ungainly--not that I've seen advertised. So, my final comment is: if you need an Excellent Pole Saw where'd you'd only need to use 2-3 Extension Poles, then this is a good choice.
