Purchased this fuel pump which did not operate when new out of the box. No human customer support, supplied pictures and description of problem. Their reply, can you take a video so we can investigate further. The pump didn’t work what is there to investigate?

this pump is junk, it only worked for 2 minutes before it shut down and will not restart. Notified vevor customer service and they are as bad as the quality of the crap they sell. they only offered a partial refund but no way to accept it. I would not recommend anyone to buy anything from them. Spend the extra money and buy it from someone else because you will be buying it again if you buy from Vevor.

Very useful, works great, and has saved me a lot of time. But is it possible not to require so many characters to fill in?

I was using this pump to transfer home heating oil (red dyed diesel) from a 275 gallon tank into 55 gallon drums. before getting the first barrel filled the pump was VERY hot and started to smoke. Upon investigation I found the power wires were 18 guage wire and replaced them with 12 guage wire and was able to finish the job. Apparently this pump dosen't like the color red.

This thing works great! It pumps 10 gallons per minute and operates like a champ. Putting it together was pretty straight forward. I didn't see the in/out markings and originally hooked it up backwards, but it was easy to figure out the problem. Pros: love the pump speed and portability. Cons: The cord to reach the battery was really short. I ended up splicing in an inexpensive set of jumper cables to make them longer. Also, like many people mention, the pump hose is a soft material and it will twist and cinch up pretty easily. You have to pay close attention to it. After my first use, it twisted loose and ended up leaking fuel everywhere. Another con; the hoses come out each side of the pump. This makes it a pain to store when not in use. It's not very convenient at all. The lift hose will always have fuel still in it and will drip. Coiling the hoses is awkward due to their coming out each side of the pump. Combine that with the coiling of power cord and it can be a jumble when trying to store away. Overall, I gave it four stars because it works just like it promised and the price point was very budget friendly. Make it easier to store and it would be a definite five stars. All of that aside, I'd still highly recommend it, and do, to anyone that needs to transfer fuel.

This pump is junk. It pumped about 20 gallons of diesel fuel than it wouldn't pump any more. It won't even prime.

My electric pump didn't work out of the box! Never got to use it. Contacted the company (Vevor) Rep was Oscar. I asked for a return label and a new pump. They said it was too costly to return the old pump and send me a new exchange. They offered me $8 bucks and keep the broken pump...Really?! I refused and the upped the offer to $24! I paid $86... accepted $50 only because it's not worth my time to keep emailing. Now I have $50 of my $86 but I have a non working pump and some good hoses, I think that's worth the $36 loss. I have purchased several items from Vevor before...Now they've lost my business. Buyer beware of return policies from Vevor!

Received a product that does not work sent requested video two different videos and still no resolution with a return for a product that was broken. Upon arrival did not work. Cannot contact anyone by phone cannot speak with a live person. I wish reviews could start letting people pick zero stars for crappy service. I know I should not have to pick one. I don’t want to pick any. You don’t deserve any. hard to do a review on a product that did not work. The pump did not work.

Works well, the tank and fill lines are long enough, or the tank line can be cut.

Nice pump for the money. So far so good. Pumps as fast as most pumps at the station. The flexibility of being to move it around is nice. I would recommend if your needing a diesel fuel portable pump.
