Not worth the money, and a waste of money, hard to adjust, and a pain to work with. Instructions are worthless. What else can I say???

The instructions were terrible, but it helped me move a piano and an organ so I can't complain too much.

This moving dolly made it so simple to move the appliances Way easier than a traditional moving dolly with is straps and two wheels. The 4 skate wheels made it easy to transition over transoms and up a step or two. Really made quick work of moving or stuff around

I'm going to have to sand off the paint just to get it put together, it came with zero assembly instructions. With a little extra work I imagine this thing will work great. Just seems quality control failed on letting this leave the warehouse

Some of the bolts were loose. Dangerous. Tightened those up. Alignment issues with the connecting rods. But once it was all together it got the job done.

Unfortunately, a critical piece for this arrived broken. Really excellent build quality otherwise though, so if you don't plan to use the connecting rods I would recommend it. That plastic compression slip joint, or whatever you want to call it, part is definitely the limiting factor.

I used this dolly to move a 640 pound gun safe. I was worried that it would be a difficult job, not with this dolly! I did have to cut the cross tubes down to make the dolly 26 inches wide so that the dolly could get thru all of the doorways. The safe is only 20 inches wide. I also ratchet strapped the safe onto the dolly when I was moving it. There are ridges on both sides that allow the use of ratchet straps. In addition, I used a 3/4 plywood piece as a ramp at the front door, I did not want to have to lift anything. The dolly will clear interior door thresholds with no issues. One person can easily push and maneuver 640 pounds thru hallways and doorways. This dolly worked for me and I am sure I will find other uses for it. I was not compensated in any manner for this review. The pics show the safe in the final room, straps are removed, and the safe is still on the dolly.
