Very strong springs. I would take the time to make sure this is the correct spring for your application. 8.5 ft door with hurricane struts and the electric door opener needs to push to close the door fully.

Good bundle for the price! Twist it to 29 counts or can be above if the cable is longer. Easy DIY, Boom! and the garage door is lifting up so smooth. I’m hoping the durability will stay for more than 10 years. My old spring cutoff after 16 years. Remember to measure the length if you DIY this “end to end of the spring”.

The spring kit was an exact replacement. It came with the bars to tension, a wrench, and even a pair of gloves. Affordable, complete, what more can you ask for.

I decided to change over to a conventional spring system because the other system had too many parts that were destined to fail sooner or later. I did some research on the springs I would need and decided on these. Easy installation, fast delivery and a very reasonable price. Couldn't be happier.

With the right tools and provided instructions it was easy to replaced. Springs look well made but time will tell. Be sure to release spring tension of old working spring first. Count the number if quarter turns of the old spring. Measuring old spring to determine spring size before ordering is important.
