The machines great the service not so great. There’s no way to contact them and I can’t even send back via the Internet to contact Support. It never lets me submit it in the chat didn’t work. I’m still in the part. The problem I have is with the soap Extractor. It didn’t work and it leaked.

moving up from a 2700psi/2.3GPM machine this pressure washer has so much power, i was very impressed and slightly intimidated upon initial use :). the unit is pretty heavy and well built but easy enough to move around with the large wheels once assembled. i did have an issue after unboxing whereas the cart frame was slightly dented. this was clearly a delivery issue and i reached out to Vevor Support and they were very responsive and resolved my concerns within a few days. i would highly recommend purchasing this unit if in the market for a 4GPM upgrade or replacement. i did a ton of research on various brands and could not find anything close to these specs at the same price point. even used (marketplace) models were more expensive so this purchase was a no brainer. the included 50ft hose is well made but not long enough for my needs so i upgraded to a 100ft hose of the same quality/specs and the machine didn't suffer any degradation in performance. it ran my 18.5 surface cleaner with so much power i will need to dial the psi back some. one thing to note is the unit did not come with engine oil so you'll need to purchase a bottle to get started. the pump did come prefilled with oil. i use this pressure washer around the house and i highly recommend adding an unloader valve, pressure gauge and optionally a hose reel (see pictures). it makes using any pressure washer so much easier and stress free.

Received my order today but the handle has damage. The paint on one side of the handle is scratched off. Not sure if this machine is new or refurbished.

Amazing price of machinery, easy to use and works amazingly and it’s super good looking and high quilts material

This thing is fire bro, half the price of a dewalt one and this was 550 versus 1200-1400$. We’ve had no issues, it’s a high quality build with lots of cool things. Quick connects are already attached, there’s an oil stick for engine oil, and a view port for pump oil. This thing has been a god send for a start up company. Only issue we have had is that the screen for the white green and red pressure tip have blown off, rendering them useless.

This is a great machine, It works great, great pressure and well built. I hat a large painting job that required power washing and this machine did the job and paid for itself on first use.

This works great, starts every time. Wish it came with quick disconnects for the hose and wand but that was an easy upgrade, as well as a pressure guarge and regulator to adjust output pressure. But it out performs my Dewalt 4000 psi pressure washer and I grab this one more often because it's easier to start.

I've always wanted a gas powered pressure washer but just didn't want to spend the money. But I watch the Perkins brothers all the time and you guys sponsored their program one day and it was about your 3400 pressure washer and they gave good reviews on it and the price really got my attention. So I guess the rest is history. But I am very satisfied with mine. It does a phenomenal job. Very easy to start and runs great. Thanks for a wonderful product.

The product itself is wonderful. Any issue is apparently taken care of in China. Issues are considered immediately. They work very hard to satisfy a customer. The process for warranty items needs to be sped up but otherwise they are a reputable company.
