Bought it to make knives works great. I also use it to melt copper, brass , and aluminum to make ingots. Box is small but works well. The door openings need latches. Very pleased with it.

Easy to set up. I used hardener and refractory cement on top of the high cotton to generate a lot of heat, but I think this is a good starting point for forging

I think this forge works fine for the price ! Great for beginner's it will need ridgedizer added to the lining though .

Well constructed. Great price. Shouldn’t have to use one hundred characters to complete, some of us do not usual do not do reviews. But these were a great price and very well constructed. But the insulation is a bit lacking. I bought the ceramic coating “ kind of like plaster” to cover the kaowool.

The product is fine, however, I didn't receive the set of tongs and contacted Customer Service. I've been getting the run around, sent pics and codes, but get a computer response. Never buying from this company again. If you need service, good luck finding it.
