When I received my forge, I set everything up and ran into an issue with the regulator. A few days later, new regulator in hand (appeared to be of better quality), and I am a happy customer. Thank you so much for the help!

Easy to assemble and simple to operate. I really like using it as it can bring mild steel to temp in a couple of minutes.

Product arrived earlier than expected. There was a minor issue with one of the items included but Customer Support responded quickly to each one of my messages and provided me with a much appreciated resolution to said issue. Customer Support was great. It is quite an easy set up and looks to be working like a champ now!
