After 3 attempts to use this product it would take over 45 minutes to prime, and multiple attempts, only trying a total lift of about 7 feet. First 2 times was ultimately able to get it to work eventually. Third time after 2 hours I gave up and wanted to return the non functional product, customer service rep insisted that I need a video of the product "plugged it" in order to diagnose it, when the "attach file" button only accepts photo. I am starting to think vevors warranty and return process is a scam, and this product is not made to work, it uses the same engine as the 2" design and focuses on fuel efficiency. I don't think the 3" design can handle any lift and only vertical movement of water consistently
