There was zero paper work in the box. Would of been helpful to a newbie.

Though I primarily use this as a flat lap, I've used the faceting arm several times, and found it to be quite usable for stones over 5carat, anything under that will need a smaller dops, and it may be tricky to be adequately precise with the angles. It's perfect for my use though

Has been perfect for starting up and getting use to new tools. Not so cheap that it's not usable but also not so expensive that if you mess it up making rookie mistakes you lose your mind ya know? Great over all so far and we've definitely put some mileage on it!

I am a total newbie in a lapidary adventure. Wanted to try my hand at intarsia..purchased this machine and it works extremely well. My husband made a supplement watering system and along with that, it’s absolutely perfect! Heavy with very little vibration and it seems like it will last for a long time. Very happy with my purchase!

This product has been in use for some time, and it really doesn't rust. Its appearance is the same as when it was first used.

Great tool and great price

The low price on this machine vs what is out there is the #1 reason I purchased this machine. I do not use the faceting stuff - only use as a flat lap. It works great and I have made over 30 cabachons etc so far. The only downside is you can't put 8" disks on it but you can put 7" disks (if you can find them) because the guard and catch basin is not wide enough. 6" disks are available from 60 grit and up. I made my own watering system using a plastic container and sprinkler drip line with a shut off to adjust flow.

The customer service handled my problem in a timely manner, which I am very satisfied with.
