Good product and almost great
Honestly this thing really works well. The only reason for the 4 star instead of 5 is simple. Pro: Milks goats fast Adjustable pressure makes it easy on the goats Rechargeable battery when using for a few goats, makes it very nice and no need to carry around the power supply Cons: The instructions are a little lack luster and not clear on a few things. Some of the numbers on the lines came off in packaging so had to decipher instructions and troubleshoot knowing how a system like this works was the only reason we got it to work without calling support. The hoses are not very stiff so you have to watch for kinks.

Goat milker - good for the mechanically adept
Sturdy components and once I got it working, it has been making my life easier and my hands hurt less. The reason I did not give this full stars is because of the lack of technical support. When I first got my new milker, I was not certain I had connected all the tubing correctly and I wasn't getting any pressure. I went to the website to look at photos to check on my assembly and there are 3 different arrangements of tubing on the pictures there so that was not helpful. I then contacted the tech support and the only help I was offered was to send me the manual that I already had. The manual has minimal directions. I actually tried to return it but had trouble with that too. I eventually got a friend to look at it and the seal was not set right and once he fixed that for me, it started working. Now I use it everyday but that initial set up problem and lack of any tech support was frustrating. If you are good at putting things together with minimal directions and are mechanically talented, then this is worth it. There is no phone number to call and speak to someone for help and the person that answers the online chat does not really know details about any specific equipment.

Easy to use after watching a few YouTubes. I have 2 goats and it works on their full udders but doesn't seem to empty them. I have to finish milking by hand. I gave it a 4 because for the price it sure helps my milking.

I wish the stainless steel bucket was more solid. It caved in when a friend was helping me test it to get it up to pressure, so now it is 6 sided. The first few pages in the instruction book didn't even apply to any milking machine. Also never explained what the lever were for on the goat teat cups. They were open, so that is why it wouldn't get up to pressure for me. Once it was closed, it took 5 minutes to get up to vacuum pressure. My only complaint on the performance is that sometimes one cup will just slip off one of my goat's teat for no reason that I can figure out. On my cow, she kicked at a fly and the teat cups fell off while milk was streaming into the bucket! I wish this milking machine had more vacuum pressure. I am new to using milking machines, so it is taking double time to milk by machine then by hand, but I only used it 3 times before I loaned it to above friend as his machine burned up. His family said it works well, just different than what they are used to. Later I was updated that it would fall off in the middle of milking their cow and it didn't completely milk her out as well, so her production went down. I told them you really need to finish by hand. They didn't have to do that with their old one. I hope that once I start using it regularly it will be much faster and easier for me to handle. I'm having to learn as I go,.

Good
The suction is okay and gets the work done, easy to clean and operate. The labels on all the hookups do get erased after washing a couple of time so I do recommend you make sure you label them with a waterproof label so you know which goes where since there are 4 hookups you need to know where each one goes.

No real issues.
I only wish the gauge of the metal was a little thicker. It pressurizes and vacuums the sides in. But still works!

This item worked great and for half the price or more than others. I would recommend using decor for all your tooling needs.

Does what it does.
Milker works as described. Only faults I’ve found are that I’ve had to set the vacuum adjustment to max to get it into the green zone, and the cups as supplied are too long for small(Nigerian Dwarf) goats. I purchased nylon 3/8” barbed elbows and solved that problem. Works great for small operations.

It works great love not having to hand milk my goat's. Super easy to use and super easy to clean! Would recommend to all my friends!

I have 5 dairy goats
This works really good for 5 goats. A few issues that you can overcome always bring the charger brick with you and an extension cord it runs out of batter around the 3-4 goat. Also The tubes between the y joint and the cup valves are too short, cut them off and replace with the longer tubes in the cleaning kit. The only design flaw is the handle on the lid of the milk chamber. Its held in with a single screw that gets loose causing you to lose all vacuum pressure. Gets some thread locker or in a pinch I just JB welded it tight so its permanent. It took me a long time to figure out why the machine wasn't sucking correctly. 3L is small for 5 goats, I should have gone with the 6L then I wouldn't have had to stop milking to empty the milk into another can to finish the last two goats. I wish they sold the cans by themselves.
