The punch die cutter is an amazing time saver. It's easy to use and makes cutting quick. My only concern was with shipping and customer service. The die cutter did not arrive with the rest of the items in my order. I contacted customer service and all they could do was give me refund because the item was lost in shipping. They wouldn't send me another unit. I had to wait for the item to be in stock again and order it myself. In all it took over a month to receive my die cutter.
