I received my hat heat press in an unacceptable condition. The cord is damaged and covered in some white stuff. Reached out to "customer Service" only to now be on a week of back and forth emails getting no where. All I asked was for a replacement or a refund and they just keep wanting me to plug in and test this electrical device that has a damaged plug. Very Disappointed

This hat press is great! I see some of the reviews lot of people saying that it's cheap,I say for the price you can do a lot of things with this press, it does the job!!!! I build the bottom portion up with a little foam pad and heat tape and made the heating element and bottom line up. see what people do not realize that not every hat will line up different manufacturers makes hats differently, you have to keep that in mind, just play with it a bit, get some cheap hats practice and then you will see just what I mean, and another thing the heating element is perfect, I hit it with my heat temperature gun and every time perfect temperature, don't just take my word for it, try it your self.

This Heat press is everything i thought it would be. I referred my friend and she purchase one also. You can make any design on your hats.

It causes creases in the hats because the hat does not fit on the bases well. There needs to be an insert or something so there is not so much room between the pad and the press.

The machine looks good quality, it is easy to use, very good price for what it is, the shipment arrived earlier than expected, a good purchase made, worth the investment

I purchased this machine to make hats for my grandson’s racing logo. I have made several different hat styles from a SnapBack to a straw hat. The machine is very easy to use and has saved me money to be able to make my own hats. It has been the best investment o could have ever purchased!

Works as should. First time hat maker and this made it very simple! Easy to use!
