GREAT quality machine and easily understand to operate!!!

When I first started using this press my top plate kept falling off but I managed to tighten the bolts and it stopped. After making 2200 printed face masks my control box died. I contacted customer support and had a replacement in less than a week. I have been using an expensive press from a friend and didn’t not get the results that I am used to seeing. Very glad to have it working again today!

I’ve seen a lot of back and fourth comments on wether To get it or not. Get it. I’m saying get it. It is a life saver!!

There was a mistake with shipping g but their excellent customer service handled everything for me in a timely manner.. I love my heat press.. It has everything it said it would and it works great.. I cant wait to see all the projects I can make with this.. Only thing I would prefer is to be able to speak with a physical person rather than wait for a email reply.
