There was a mistake with shipping g but their excellent customer service handled everything for me in a timely manner.. I love my heat press.. It has everything it said it would and it works great.. I cant wait to see all the projects I can make with this.. Only thing I would prefer is to be able to speak with a physical person rather than wait for a email reply.

I Love this Heat Press!!! I upgraded from Easy Press 9x9. This makes pressing vinyl so much easier and gives better adhesion. Press in a flash now. You will love it!!

Wife is absolutely in love with it . Trial and error were in the process of playing with all the functions recommend the press for sure !.

Fast delivery but didn't include any instructions on how to use which is why I gave it four stars.
