So far its worked great easy to set up easy to use!

I loved this when I first got it, but I have only had it 3 months and the trip switch on the side kept popping out not allowing it to heat up. I contacted the company, but never heard any response. Now the thermostat is really weird and when it does heat up it counts up the temp and then count back down, and the timer wont work anymore.UPDATE:So once sending this company a message customer service was amazing. They offered to give me a 50% refund of my product.

I bought this to cut cost on uniform shirts and our giveaway shirts at work. Works great. I haven't used the attachments yet, that was just a bonus just in case.

I just started an online shop and needed something to heat press with. After reading some reviews I decided on this one and I've been happy with it. It helps if you are a little tech savvy because it really does not come with much help. It didn't take me long to figure it out.So far, no issues.

I ordered one 6 months ago. I've never used a heat press or Cricut before but have learned and I loved this heat press. It took me a little time to figure out how to adjust the temperature but watching the videos made it an easy learning process. The initial one I got for some reason after 6 months it stopped heating up. I reached out to the company and after determining we couldn't fix the problem through e-mail they shipped me a new product. I am so pleased and thankful for the replacement and how fast it was shipped to me. Now I can continue making my Christmas gifts!

My daughter loves this. Makes awesome family Tee's for vacation and holidays for a great price. Affordable, Easy to use and fast delivery.

Works great! My only complaints are the removable mats slipping when we put a hoodie on it. We had to glue it down. Also, a screw was off and one is missing. Overall, it works well.

I will give this product a 5 stars.. Even though I was missing parts.. But this heat press works Amazing!!I love it!..
