(Edited)I just opened it so I haven't even plugged it in or anything yet. My manual is completely cut through but I can read it I guess. One of the mats is already ripped. I'm pretty annoyed about that. The screen of the actual machine also has some damage. It was clearly not packaged well. If it turns on and works I won't worry about returning only because it's so freaking big and heavy.So here's my update. It did turn on and I've used it a few times. The manual ended up being torn through every single page. It was awful to read, and I still didn't understand how to use the buttons. There is a video though somewhere around these reviews area that will guide you through how to use it, cause it's pretty complicated. Overall the machine has worked great, though I haven't used the mug press or the plate press.

The unit shipped and received quickly. Set up was pretty straight forward, I watched YouTube videos on how to use as well. I have had it for about a month now used it many times for t shirts and caps no issues. I have not used the plate and mugs components yet. Overall in my opinion it was a great purchase.

I use this everyday and love it!! I’ve had these for a few months and have had no problems. Easy to use and easy to set up. I have a small business and was skeptical getting a cheaper iron but this is worth it!!

Works very well. The only thing I don't like is it want let you know how much pressure you are putting on the garment.

I am so happy I purchased this product. The instructions are not clear on how to start the timer when heating/pressing, but I make due by counting in my head. It is easy to assemble and use. There is also an attachment for hats and one for cups. This is a great purchase.

So far I have only use my machine to make shirts and it's been doing great.

Love the heat press makes projects so much easier- haven’t come around to using the cup or hat press but so far so good! We love it

I might be using it wrong but my handle is a little stiff. Will give it a couple days or a couple more jobs

I was very impressed with the Vevor 5 in 1 heat press. It is a well made peice and surprisingly easy to use. It arrived on the expected date.
