We bought this to press vinyl on t-shirts. Works perfect for what me need. This press shipped right away. Was delivered very quickly. We accidentally bought two. Was able to return one with a refund no hassle whatsoever .

Included everything we needed to do heat transfer vinyl to fabrics and mugs. Everything seemed solid and well made.

It was a little difficult to use this machine. The instructions were not as helpful to complement. Also the holes to screw in weren't aligning correctly.

Bought this as a replacement for another brand heat press with a control unit that failed on me right in the middle of making Christmas gifts :o( Price was excellent. Delivery was amazing - it was at my door in a couple of days and I was back up and crafting within a very short time. Well packaged. Temperature was right on - I checked with an infrared thermometer. Nicely made. Set up was easy. Only "complaint" is directions were a little "foggy" regarding turning off the timer sound. After a little experimenting I figured it out. I am very pleased with my purchase so far!

Works very well. Many features for the price. Heats up quickly. Very well built. Highly recommend.

Works great heats up very well and does not burn your clothes

Impressed with having all the attachments on one unit. Space saver and especially when that one time you need a mug press.

Love this . Works great. It's a little shakey on the top part but nothing serious . I use it all the time. Very easy to use

I love this heat pressor. It heats up quickly I think. Good T-shirt sublimation and mugs as well. I haven't tried other things. Their customer service was very good as well. I had a damaged part. They responded quickly but package wrap for shipping the new part wasn't good. They need to better other wise it will be damaged again in the process of shipping. Overall I am satisfied.
