I received a defective product with my first shipment. I was very disappointment that the temperature would not heat up correctly on my press (temp stayed at 65 degrees and would not increase). I contacted the seller and they were great to work with. They agreed to send me a new product and resolved my issue in a timely manner. I have not received my new press yet, but will update once I do. I know that if anything is wrong, the company will go above and beyond to make it right.**update: they sent me a new press and it arrived in just a few days. The new press works great and no complaints.

It works well, good quality ,overall very impressed.

I was in search of a heat press and i did alot of reasearch and the qualitys that i was looking for in a heat press were quality and value. Vevor had them both its been about two months and i have used my press over 50 times with great results. It is easy to use and this was my first dealing with a heat press. I would recomend this press if your looking for something thats a good value and gives great results.

Can't get the beeps to make sense, not going off according to the instructions at the right time. Other than that I love it.

Great machine. Wish it came with a manual. Figuring certain things out was a pain but the machine itself is a "beast", especially for small projects!!!

i love my hot press! I've had it for a month. I've used it pretty well! I bought it with some fear due to the bad comments but since it came, it has been a great experience! It comes well packaged, it is of very good quality, the connections are firm and secure. I love the screen. about heating it fluctuates a bit, but I guess that's how it regulates the temperature! it has a sound when it reaches its temperature or estimated time. Love it!

I bought this my wife's crafts. She loves it. Works on the t-shirts and flags that she was using.

This is a great starter press. I may need better instructions than what was provided to swap out accessories and chg Temps but other than that it's great. For those struggling, to chg it to Ferenheit, hold the + and - buttons at the same time.
