Game changer. Works excellent. Excellent heat transfer, easy to use.

The heat press works great but I didn't received the white feltvlike pad that goes on it and have no idea how to contact the company about it.

i was planning on buying this heat press from a third party company, but i said i just go straight to the company itself. and im glad i did. not only i got the same product i want $50 cheaper but i also had my delivery fast. and when i had situation, customer service there was excellent. they responded and resolved the situation quickly and professional. in the future i only doing business with VEVOR and recommend them to my friends.oh yeah the heat press is doing amazing work. 1

The price was good and it seems built solid just wish heat element was more accurate . i would recommend if you are working on a budget .

For the price I think it was a fair purchase I have it as an extra just in case by 16x20 goes out
