This press is very easy to use. I really like the pop up when times teaches zero. I think the heat distributes all across the press. Have not had any problems with it yet. I have pressed about 300 so far and am completely satisfied. Very good investment!

Build in Teflon sheet on top, plush mat on the bottom. Heats up faster than my last presses, less than 30 minutes. Very easy to close and open, doesn't jitter my prints when I open it so there is less ghosting. Great size for the price. Well packaged securely. I use it for metal prints, t-shirts, and more. It also works with the 25 foot Appliance Grade Extension Cord* I got. *(Make sure you ONLY ever use one that works for the Wattage and Volts!) I uploaded some examples of my art on t-shirts.

I love my machine, it’s easy to use and gets the job done. I have no complaints. The delivery of the product was fast came before the expected date.

Press does not work do not buy! Transfers don't transfer. Heat reading is off. Pressure might be off as well since transfer don't fully transfer. Support not helpful when informed they just said if red light on relay is working. Didn't address issue at all, I'm sure they won't refund me my money and I'll have a almost $300 paper weight.

I primarily use cotton shirts, but I found this product challenging to operate. The settings are unclear, and the instructions, while somewhat helpful, lack the detail needed for someone unfamiliar with the process. I attempted to find guidance on YouTube, but I still feel uncertain about using the product effectively. Overall, the user experience could be improved with clearer instructions and better guidance on proper settings.

To start with, this heat press worked great, held temperature and my projects were turning out pretty good. After a couple of months though, temperature would drop allot after closing it and wouldn’t reach target temp before timer was up. Adjustments to time and temperature to try to compensate for the temp drop but that didn’t help. I submitted the video that was required to ask for help and explained the problems I was having. After going back and forth messaging, they told me they would be sending a new thermocouple. Needless to say the wire they sent came with no instructions on how to change it out. I did manage to get it done but things didn’t improve any. I guess I should have bought something more expensive but I liked the design of this one. I’ll write this off as a huge mistake and probably won’t be buying from Vevor again. Customer service makes it difficult to even file a complaint by asking for a video and then limiting file size and format and only one can be added.

The press would be great for some of my 17 inch back designs but because of the orientation of the platform I can't line it up to save my life. I went back to doing split pressing with my 15x15 and this monstrosity is collecting dust in the corner until I can get rid of it.

Piece of GARBAGE!! To make things worse, NO SUPPORT. Been trying for over 10 days to get this resolved. WHat a bunch of MORONs!!!! Can't figure it out what's wrong given a detailed description of what the problem is. Trying now to get a refund on this piece of JUNK. DO NOT BUY VEVOR PRODUCTS!! You will be sorry if you need assistance with anything!!!!
