Works great

It would not heat up at all

This was my first heat press purchase. Super easy to use and set up. Looking forward to creating new projects with this item.

So far so good I have only did a few shirts I haven't used any of the parts

Came with accessories, only downside is one of the handles on the top of the heat pad does not screw on properly causing it to get loose every time we use

So far its worked great easy to set up easy to use!

I loved this when I first got it, but I have only had it 3 months and the trip switch on the side kept popping out not allowing it to heat up. I contacted the company, but never heard any response. Now the thermostat is really weird and when it does heat up it counts up the temp and then count back down, and the timer wont work anymore.UPDATE:So once sending this company a message customer service was amazing. They offered to give me a 50% refund of my product.

I bought this to cut cost on uniform shirts and our giveaway shirts at work. Works great. I haven't used the attachments yet, that was just a bonus just in case.

I just started an online shop and needed something to heat press with. After reading some reviews I decided on this one and I've been happy with it. It helps if you are a little tech savvy because it really does not come with much help. It didn't take me long to figure it out.So far, no issues.
