If I could give them ten stars I would!!!! I contacted them about a missing piece and had a response within 24 hours. They didn’t just replace the small piece I neeeded but the whole press cup attachment. I was floored!! Absolutely Awesome!
Absolutely love my heat press and all the extras tht come with it. My mom bought a cricket brand heat press for the same price and all somhe got was the press.
