Had for less than a year. The press has stopped working now and the cords look pretty rough from everyday use. The hat press part I would recommend spending the extra to get a press that pops up and doesn’t slide from side to side. For businesses wouldn’t recommend for small projects would be fine.

Top heavy and inconsistent pressure

For the price it is ok. It does the job but it has inconsistent pressure. I have adjusted it as much as I can but still doesn’t have as much pressure in the front. Also it is too heavy so if you swing the top around to move it out of the way to place a shirt then it falls over. If I didn’t get it on sale I likely would go with a different press.

Poorly put together .There is so much flex in the post to base that when clamping down the front has little pressure causing it to not heat evenly causing front to not transfer well
